In my daily featured travel photo of the day I showcase a close-up photo of the nose of a bull sculpture just off of Jonker Street in Melaka, Malaysia. I still remember arriving in Melaka shortly after my trip around Kuala Lumpur. The night before I had been touring around and taking photos of the Petronas Towers late at night. Fortunately, Melaka is just a short hop away and I was able to quickly unpack my backpack and explore around the city. Few cities are as lovely to navigate on foot as Melacca. Overall, Malaysia has a lot more pedestrian friendly areas than SE Asian countries like Thailand and Vietnam. Being able to negotiate a city or town on foot is one of the reasons I appreciate Malaysia and consider it a country that I highly recommend to others. This is a travel photo from Melaka, Malaysia.
