Today’s daily travel photo is of Bungeoppang (붕어빵): Korean snack or dessert that is shaped like a fish and filled with sweet red bean paste. It literally translates into English as Crucian (fish name) cake. One can find this delicious snack on the streets of Korea where it is made by pouring batter into a waffle iron like mold. The crispy outer later is complimented nicely by the chewy & sweet interior. It’s a snack I love to have – especially on a cold afternoon.
