Today’s animal photo from the Far East is of a cute dog tied up to a pole while siting under the table at a local fresh produce market in Lijiang, China. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for this little puppy. Although, I have no idea if it was tied up for a short (or long) period of time, I never like to see animals abused or restricted in their movements. For example, while in South Korea I was able to visit a Dog Cafe in Seoul where the dogs were free to roam around. This in my opinion is an ideal scene.
