Today’s daily travel photo is one of my favourite Korean dishes, Japchae  (Korean:  잡채), consisting of sweet potato noodles mixed with assorted vegetables and stir fried in sesame oil.  It’s a delicious dish often served during special Korean National holidays or at Chinese Korean restaurants.  One of my Korean friends mentioned it is a very time consuming dish to make.  I love the light texture of the dish which tastes equally good whether served hot or cold.  For those living in Korea it’s certainly a healthy Korean meal as opposed to eating fast food which many teachers unfortunately do.  This is a travel photo of Korean chapchae (  잡채).  To view more Korean dining options click on the delicious looking sweet potato noodles.
