Flowing Fountain in Cuzco, Peru

http://nomadicsamuel.com : A photo of a spouting fountain captured with motion blur caused by a slow shutter speed in Cuzco, Peru - travel photo from Cusco

The daily travel photo today is from Cusco, Peru.  On a gorgeous afternoon I was wandering around when I spotted this fountain.  I set my camera on my tripod and changed my settings to shutter priority so that I could select a slower shutter speed to capture the water with a bit of motion blur.  I have to admit, I’m pleased with the results.  This is a travel photo from Cuzco, Peru.  To view the rest of my travel gallery from Cusco, Peru click on the photo.

A slow shutter often is like taking a picture of a picture. Great stuff.

I love the soft looking nature of running water shot with a slow shutter speed. I know it’s hard to do when it’s really bright out too, so kudos on getting this great shot!

Great shot, the speed was perfect and I love the angle you took it. You see the blue sky on top and in the windows you can see the reflection of clouds afar.
