Korean kimchi pancake (김치전) served for lunch – Yongin, South Korea. Korean pancakes are legendary; they’re a hit with both foreigners and locals. Aside from being my first Korean meal on Korean soil, they’re a go to dish for snacking with friends or having on a rainy day. Now that I’m abroad I try to seek Korean restaurants that serve Korean pancakes outside of Korea to satisfy my cravings. I honestly would have to consider them as one of my top 5 foods that I love in Korea. If you get a chance to try them in Korea (or back home) don’t miss out!
