Today’s daily travel photo is of a Korean lady smiling while talking on the phone as she rides the Seoul subway from Incheon into the city in South Korea. I have to admit, I love seeing this lady smiling and laughing because often the typical face of Korean commuters is rather muted in terms of emotion. I took this photo while I was a teacher in Korea, but now that I’m living the dream of being a digital nomad my days in Korea are numbered. I’ll be heading back in a few weeks for a brief stint before heading backpacking in SE Asia. This is a travel photo from the Korean subway in Seoul. For more photos click on this smiling Korean lady.

I live in Japan and I just wanted to say that this photo could have been taken in Japan as well.
I have to admit that I haven’t been to Korea yet. I’ve been to the airport in Seoul, but I doubt that counts.
I’m not so much a world traveller, but mor a Japan traveller and was busy visiting all 47 prefectures until now.
