Today’s daily travel photo is of an action shot of a Korean traditional martial artist leaping in the air during an impressive performance in Suwon, South Korea. I must admit, I’m glad I upgraded my travel camera, before taking in this martial arts performance, because the 10 frames per second feature came in really handy for shots like this one. As a travel photography tip, it’s always a good idea to remove any kind of lens that reduces light (polarizing filter, neutral density, etc) that you may have forgotten to take off your lens. When shooting action shots, such as this, you’ll want to have your fastest available shutter speed to freeze the action. I edited this photo heavily using a preset black and white effect with heavy vignetting to hopefully give it a more retro appearance. This is a travel photo from Suwon, South Korea.
